1.2 - Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money, which we have taken from you

When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size from the drop down list and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "add to cart " button. To view your shopping cart at any time, simply click on "View Cart" button
2.3- Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout

Article 3 - Acceptance of your order

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and/or to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.

For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom and Ireland we will ship by Post and someone must be available at your delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

Goods are dispatched to EU countries by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier. Delivery times vary throughout the EU. Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

5.3 Rest of the World
Goods are dispatched throughout the rest of the world [non-UK or EU countries] by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier. Delivery times vary throughout the world. Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received. We reserve the right to withdraw international delivery at anytime.

5.4 We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post and Please note the customer is responsible for all charges that relate to customs or duty that may be applied in certain countries.

Article 7 - Returns Policy

7.1 - Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Rugby System On line Shop. Personalised or customised goods may only be returned if faulty.

7.2 -RugbySystem.net wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order RugbySystem.net will refund the value of the goods supplied. RugbySystem.net will repay you the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please appropriately package the items with the letter of authorisation and the original invoice and send it to us.
